In 2017, Bastiaan Roest began developing a lightweight, highly energy-efficient, roll-up heater. Over 2 years have been invested to ensure heating safety and improve quality. This eventually culminates in the panels produced in Europe anno today. All Invroheat products are of course CE certified and the latest panels even come with a 5-year warranty.

2014: Research

Bastiaan Roest has started research into the possibilities of producing a rollable heater.

2017: Founding of Invroheat

Invroheat BV was registered with the Chamber of Commerce on 19 October 2017.

2017: Patent application

In November 2017 Invroheat filed its first patent application. This patent was obtained in April 2019. A copy of this can be found on this website.

2018: Certification

Right from the start, Invroheat’s heaters have been extensively tested by SGS and others. All certificates can be found on this website.

2018: Distributors

Invroheat has distributors in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Ecuador and the Benelux.

2018: 1st Delivery

The first heaters were delivered to South Africa in May 2018. Today (Q1-2021) Invroheat has more than 30,000 satisfied users on 4 continents.

2020: Dragons' Den

On May 10, 2020, the episode of Dragons’ Den featuring a presentation by Bastiaan Roest aired on Dutch TV channel NPO1. Result: an investment of 1,000,000 Euro and 4 dragons willing to participate.

2020: Special foil

A special foil has been developed together with Neschen Coatings, which can withstand high temperatures and is replaceable. This makes it possible to supply panels with customers’ own images.

2021: New wall panel

A beautiful wall panel with its own image can now be ordered. This image is replaceable. The panels are available with and without thermostat.

2022: Manufacturing in Europe

Invroheat’s wall panels are assembled and finished entirely in Europe. Both standard and custom graphics are printed and applied in the Netherlands.

The development of infrared panels

The infrared heat from Invroheat is based on an invention from Russian space travel. They had to work with light materials that were still very effective and could heat the capsule in the room. Building on that, Invroheat has developed a panel that gives off super good heat in the form of infrared radiation. We would like to introduce our infrared panels to you.
